A: Yes we can. After discussion and design with our sales and engineer, we encourage client to order a sample to test our battery, quality first.

Q: What is your warranty?

A: We offer 12 month warranty, we ensure at least 2000 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack.

Q: Do you also have BMS and Chargers?

A: Yes, we do, if you need any to work with the battery cells , just advise us, we will provide them along with the LiFePo4 battery cells to you.

Q: Could you provide OEM service?

A: Yes, we could. we could also provide customized packaging if you need. Please feel free to tell us your application and your basic battery requirements.

Q: How long will be the delivery?

A: Usually, batteries in stock, delivery 3-5 days. Batteries without stock, delivery 10-12 days.
